Why is the Freedom Harness so much better than other harnesses?
Oh no! Your wiggle-monster wouldn’t hold still and you couldn’t get a good measurement…or you read the centimeters side instead of the inches side? We get it!
Unworn harnesses in new condition (used only to try on for fitting purposes) can be exchanged for just the cost of shipping. Contact Us for a Return Authorization.

If the Freedom Harness is so strong…why is there a Chewing Warranty?
What size should I order?
Great question! The webbing that we use in our harnesses has a 3800 lb test strength and will not break, even if your dog is a heavy puller. If you see damage to the webbing, it has encountered something sharp (like teeth…) but we can fix it! See more details on the Harness Warranty page.
Why should I buy the bundle vs. when I can buy a harness, leash, and treat bag separately?
What’s your return/exchange policy?
First, our Training Leash was designed to work in tandem with the Freedom Harness – that’s why both have two attachment points! This gives you even more control while you’re walking your dog, and still enables them to move freely without any choking or leg restriction.
Second, it’s more affordable to bundle & save! Plus, we threw in some awesome extras like a water bowl, poop bags, and a built-in squeaker so you can feel totally prepared.
Finally - it all matches, and your pup will look super cute (so will you, with your matching key chain!).

How do I clean my harness and leash?
What size should I order?
Dogs get dirty. So does their gear. All 2 Hounds Design products (unless otherwise noted) can be washed in the washing machine on the delicate cycle and air dry (not in direct sunlight).
Beaded collars, collars with special embroidery, or other delicate designs should not be washed and can be treated with a spot remover.
